Being a science teacher I am supposed to be skeptical by nature but I really wanted to believe in Bigfoot. After all, the Coelacanth had supposedly gone extinct with the dinosaurs 65 million years ago until some fishermen caught one (yes, a live one) in 1938. 
Well, if you have been following the news this week, that is not the case with this latest bigfoot story. The DNA results came back today and what was in that fridge in Georgia was not bigfoot, just some human and mostly possum. How did this story end up being so big you may ask? That answer is easy. The evening news lasts for 30 minutes each night, even if nothing other than the Olympics is happening in the world. (Think about it)
