So yesterday the young one had her first trip to the dentist requiring a shot. She had some cavities that needed filling. She was a champ and did great. I was very proud.
About 5 minutes after we were home, the younger one came running down screaming and yelling. I though something went wrong. As it turns out, the older one was chewing on some ice and broke a tooth in half. Yelling, blood everywhere... total chaos. It was already well after 5:00 so we called the dentist back right away. They asked a few questions then told us to bring him in this morning at 7:00.
Well good news, he made it through the night just fine and the tooth was a baby tooth. When they pulled out the other half, his molars were right behind it.
